- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original accessories.
- The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and hygiene concerns, any glasses that have been worn or used are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
2. Initiating a Return
